Teachers Create Educational Comic Book
Hello to all,
The series of the Lil Professor comic books teach our children subjects such as math, science, and history in the form of a story. In addition, it gives them a foundation on how to deal with everyday issues such as peer pressure. Although the comic book is geared towards students, all ages will be able to enjoy and learn from the Lil Professor's universal concepts.
The first installment in the series is the Urban Griot, which teaches us all about African American pioneers. It takes 13 African American pioneers and incorporates them into the daily lives of children so they can see how history has an impact on their lives. The comic book makes learning fun. We call it Edutainment.
In addition to the comic book, there is a supplemental learning CD based on the comic book. It focuses on the reading, writing, and comprehension aspects of the classroom. It gives teachers and homeschooling instructors 3-5 days worth of lesson plans surrounding the book.
