I Will Give YOU What to SAY
Sunny morning, really bright and sunny morning especially for October, even if it is the South this is an exceptionally hot bright, sunny morning. Deloris G is so tired of not working or temporarily working, really she thought a gal with a Masters just ought to be able to get a permanent job or contract, basically doing whatever she wants OK!!!!! She had gotten a call the week before saying that she had a permanent job until January 2006 doing clinical trials, she knew that she should have been honest from the get go and say to the recruiter honey I have a real job starting in two weeks but her mortgage, two sons, and two adopted family members she was raising because their parents refused to do it , refrigerator, car(s), husband, dog, livable bills just wouldn't allow room; for the Hell to the Naw( as said to Diane Sawyer by Whitney Houston in her Prime Time interview) on the job situation. She had been really drinking and driving(speeding a lot) she was overwhelmed with her situation. Before she left something said don't drink this morning and certainly don't take the cup with Courvosier and orange juice with you. She never saw it coming the black and grey state trooper cruiser was on her before she knew it, their motto is always "get the black car or black person first" that is is their motto ( You did not know!!!). Deloris G knew she was stuck all in all the trooper couldn't get a DWB/DUI on her so he opted for the next best thing. I'll put speeding and unsealed spirits. Now Deloris G is going to have to pay 160.00 for ticket and cost of court but she has only a minute to pay 200.00 or more for lawyer fees(can't have it on your record not with a Masters of course). She was awfully glad she thinks for that experienced because GOD had blessed her; without it she would still drive wildly, drink, and lament on her horrible job situations. She also was beginning to feel that she was so blessed not to have been stopped ever with all that drinking, driving, and pain she was carrying, she then realized after riding off into the sunset that it was the best thing that had happened to her.

Oh the job situation well she was lucky enough to get a job where there was so many termites around her desk, that she became allergic to them and had respiratory problems that way she didn't have to lie and quit all she needed was her doctor to say she was allergic to them and she would be home free, so to speak.
Oh there is a long story behind this short story Deloris was only there for 7 days but her arrival had been anticipated for 3 weeks, by someone her cousin "knew of " the young lady was so ghettofubulus that she expected Deloris to tell her past (like these people can't do there on background check please???!!!!). The young lady insisted on trying to come after Deloris and cause confusion in the FAM and you know we will have none of that. Deloris realized that this girl not only needed this job but she really needed to see a Psychiatrist/Psychologist/ Counselor.
Deloris G left the job on a Monday morning and went to her NEW JOB 96 miles away (one way trip), that Wednesday morning. Deloris didn't know exactly why at the time , but as she drove up the Interstate a Still Small Voice said, honey you are out of the PAN and into the FIRE!!! she just drove on, sighed, and held up her right hand towards the Heavens and said THY WILL BE DONE, AMEN!!!!!

Deloris worked that job for all of 5 months, it become so overwhelming not the job but the racist attitudes of her ignorant Caucasian coworkers(no longer would she call them white because that meant pure or without spot or wrinkle and if you are a racist that that doesn't apply to you mentally, physically and certainly not spiritually). Deloris knew that it was over when the ring leader a green-eyed demon name Sonya and she(Sonya)) said it like African Americans say Lakeisha brought another Neanderthal with her to corner Deloris in the hallway of the school. The two women approach Deloris from both sides and began to demand to see her schedule of the children for language therapy sessions. These were the same two women who had continuously sabotaged Deloris by not sending the children on time or saying they forgot to come get the children from the therapy room as to delay Deloris from getting in her full 30 minute sessions 2-3 times per week. It got so crazy that racial lines began to be drawn at the school with the KEMETS(black people call themselves this in the "beginning" Negro is the Spanish word for black it was never our name) on Deloris side and the Caucasians well they are always on the side of Ignorance if they are racist.

There where a couple of parents who loved Deloris and said they saw wonderful improvements in the children speech, handwriting, and vocabulary skills. These parents also said that they felt good about their children over all communication skills developing to the child's potential. Even Ms. Sonya's daughter became more adept in her communication so this being an occasion for joy only made Ms. Sonya angry at not be able to uproot the tree that GOD himself had planted in the Garden.

Oh yeah back to the day Deloris was cornered, the two women entered into Deloris's three feet of space , so Deloris decided to cut it down to 3 inches of space. Deloris could clearly hear the blood rushing through her body and the beat it made was the "Warrior's Cry". Deloris quickly sprang into action (thinking on her feet) she would stab one with her lead pencil the other with the ball point pen. She knew that she would have to take out the Neanderthal because just by watching Ms. Sonya she had quickly surmise that she like Satan himself was going to flee and seek someone else to devour. The Neanderthal and Ms. Sonya backed up off of Deloris and both turned red, pink, and a myriad of other colors. Deloris couldn't disengage from the battle and therefore began to go after them never saying a word but focusing on her targets , the "eyes of Ms.Sonya and the jugular of the Neanderthal. Just when Mother Africa was about to be avenge all her pretty white chocolate/butter creme chocolate, brown chocolate, and dark chocolate babies; the custodian came out of a door that was not a door (let him that have ear hear what the spirit says to the church) and said "Naw Ms. Ceily, they want you in the office you need to come with me NOW"!!!!! In that moment in the twinkling of an eye Deloris did an about face she left those two imps behind her and she let Jesus handle them(Deloris knew there was know need to watch her back basically Jesus had that).
The story of the event spread through the school like wildfire every Kemet saying we are proud of you, don't let these people get to you. They have been mad since you came her with your education and all keep your head up; we are a proud people. We are people who are so strong that we descended from Kings, and Queens, brought lowly to be Slaves in this country and now just mere criminals, thugs, junkies, and prostitutes, and yet we still maintain the bulk of us to be the Talented Tenth so do not blow it for you or us keep going, you have a "purpose " here don't let our God down!!!!! Do his perfect will!!!!!

One week later Deloris was gone she left with her mind body and soul intact. The Supervisor, Deloris, the Principal and others met. Deloris receive a wonderful severance packet ,why you ask? well the answer is because they(the employer) thought all she knew was university training they didn't know that Deloris had been talking to her contractor all the while and documenting all sorts of malice and forms of intimidation shown towards her. She also had the survival instincts of her ancestors the LIFE SKILLS needed in these here United States of America by all black people. She told them she feared for her safety from these attacks and that she had documented it to both states ( the one she lived in and the one she worked in) labor boards. Deloris also explained to them that the copies she had given them had over 5 more copies out there. Deloris then explained to the employer that all of their mutual needs and desires could best be served by giving her the full payment of her contract while saving their faces(they could say services rendered in full and no longer needed). Deloris made them see that the word "Terminated" belong to only God himself as far as she was concerned!!!! So remember people don't study what you will say GOD will give you the words in his own time, and it will be right on TIME!!!!
