- Aspiring Writer, who is currently working on my first Novel. I also write poetry, songs, and raps. I hope to get into writing scripts, and treatments for the TV & Film. I have blogged a little but find I am often too busy living "it", to write about it :-) Find writing to be therapeutic and a way to truly leave a meaningful legacy that can stand the test of time.

We've decided to brave the cold. January 15 through 19, 2010 the Author Collective will shake hands with and share a cup of warm cider with 9,000 plus librarians of the northeast United States and elsewhere. The American Library Association Mid-Winter will be held in Boston, Massachusetts and what better way to showcase your book?
Past conventions have indicated that two specific genres are now in big demand, "Children" and "Urban" titles. As such we are planning to include a separate section in our booth dedicated to Urban Fiction and Non-Fiction plus books that instruct and educate children from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. We are now looking for authors who have such topics. If your writings fit these categories you should join the Author Collective TODAY!
Our goal is to help the self-published and un-known,under-known and soon to be well known author, get their craft in front of the people who make decisions to buy books in quantity.
