State of Social Security in the next 10 years

While the government is stating that Social Security and Medicare is safe for the 30 years. Just how correct is that statement based on the number of non-Americans who have never worked within the borders of the United States who are currently receiving Social Security Supplemental Income simply because they are 65 years of age. This is not how the Act was wriiten in 1935 ans certainly not the intention at that time.
